Boise/Supervisor, Graphics Productions Burlington, New Jersey o November 2002 to April 2004 Art Director Increased customer base by 400 customers ytd. Positive Comp. VIP list for increased gross profit margin. Projects included but not limited to: Brochures, business cards, CD covers, logos, Stationary, Point of Purchase, Post cards, and more.

Accomplished an increase in Custom Printed Items sales of 488% after only 5 months in position. Also, supervision of Print Department— Responsible for the supervision (nurturing) of the skills of 4 employees. Completes the daily operation as well as the budget and purchasing for this department. To train and monitor the production and creative skills of employees supervised.
