a series of personal paintings which are memories from years growing
up in Mississippi. The artist Sandra Benson has included this paintings
because she is very proud of her history and this painting is a representation
of a time, which for the most part no longer exist. Though my target
market is larger, the painting honors the memmories of many family members
as well as many others who share memmories of this unique history. This
makes it is an important era painting marker for African American History.
